“Straightening”

Like many girls with curly hair, I made the mistake of embarking on the adventure of hair straightening treatments (Brazilian, tanin, etc.) a few years ago. At the time, my curls were unmanageable, my hair would puff up🙅🏻‍♀️ and was dry, and I was desperately looking for a simple solution to tame them. So, I opted for straightening. Initially, I was delighted🥳: my hair was finally disciplined, smooth, and I could go out without worrying about styling it.😌

Consequences

After 3 years of straightening treatments, I’ve started to lose a lot of hair, and it’s become dull. People are noticing this loss. I’m losing confidence… 😓 I realize that the straightening treatments were just masking the real condition of my hair. So, I’m stopping the treatments and using natural oils, hoping to recover my hair and curls.

Renaissance

Exactly one year to the day 🗓️, I’ve regained all my curls and almost all my length without having to cut it. As you can see in this picture, I still have some signs of straightening at the tips of my hair🌾. I’m so happy to have tried numerous oils and to have found the perfect blend to revive my curls. Because, between us, after testing a good number of oils, the ones most talked about were not the most effective for me.💪🏼

Cut

I’ve regained all my curls ! So, I allow myself to get a short bob cut!✂️ It’s bliss, I can finally enjoy all my volume and my hair. I’m so grateful for this journey and I especially continue my treatments while enjoying my new “me” with various curly hairstyles 😍

Zaky Zeyt

I continue my treatment 👩🏻‍🦱:
My hair is in excellent health, my curls are flexible and defined. My hair density has increased even more, and I feel so much better. So, I make a big decision: to share my 100% natural blend 🌿 with pure, cold-pressed oils. My selection is not random, and neither is my mix. Thus, it’s the birth of “Zaky Zeyt.”
I am happy to be able to share this with all those who are transitioning, and those who want to rediscover their curls.
